PARTNER WITH CORVATA
Bring enterprise readiness content to the clients who already trust you.
Corvata’s co-branded webinar program gives GovCon-focused advisors a structured way to deliver real client education, not a thinly disguised pitch for either firm.
If you work with GovCon owners in a legal, accounting, transaction, or specialized consulting capacity, you’ve likely seen the same gap we have: a client approaching a transition, a due diligence finding that goes beyond your scope, a business growing faster than its systems can support. Most advisors note it and move on, because there’s no one to refer it to.
The webinar program exists to put that gap in front of clients before it becomes a problem, with two credible sources speaking to it at once. Sessions are co-branded, positioned as education rather than promotion, and built on mutual value exchange. There are no referral fees and no formal agreements required, just a relationship where both firms send clients in the other’s direction when it’s the right call for the client.
How It Works:
Sessions run 60 minutes, interview-driven rather than a lecture format, on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 11:00 AM Pacific / 2:00 PM Eastern. Every topic anchors to four things, named in the session description, the learning objectives, and the opening slides:
- One of the six reasons prospects hire Corvata
- One of the ten Enterprise Domains
- One of the five Corvata Journey stages
- One element of the Decision Discipline Framework
That anchor does two things. It tells attendees exactly where the topic fits in the bigger picture before the session starts, and it steadily builds a library that works its way through the full Enterprise Readiness Operating Model over time.
Every session also produces a content package that extends past the live date: a recording posted to the site and LinkedIn, a summary as a blog post or LinkedIn article, several LinkedIn posts pulling specific insights, and a follow-up email to attendees with the recording and a next step.
What We’re Looking For:
- A practice that serves GovCon owners in a complementary capacity, legal, accounting, M&A, or specialized consulting, not a competing advisory offer
- A specific topic that gives your audience something they can actually use, not a promotional overview of your firm
- A willingness to co-present in an interview format rather than a solo lecture
For Advisors: How This Maps Internally
If you’re building a session around a Corvata Journey stage, here’s the internal vocabulary behind each one, useful for aligning your content with ours, not something we’d expect a client-facing session to use directly.
| Client-Facing Stage | Internal Methodology |
|---|---|
| Start | Assess |
| Build | Align |
| Grow | Stabilize |
| Scale | Apply |
| Exit | Transfer |
